"Hey Jack,
Do you have any contact info for Mumford and Sons management?
Call me ridiculous but what do you think about this....all of their shows in America are completely sold out! The venue's are tiny! The tickets were originally $20 and people are going crazy and offering $80-$100 for one ticket!!! I really think their management should contact the venues and have them moved to bigger ones!!! I was reading blogs and forums and people are really upset that they are not going to get to see them!! It seems a shame to do such small venues when there are a lot more people that want to go, myself included..... ;-) I don't know if that even make sense but thought i would throw it out there. I went to their site to see if there was any contact info and there wasnt I also contacted the venue here in Denver but they are not getting back to us, they are probably just excited the show is sold out and they are getting their money.....am i just shit out of luck on this one?"
Firstly, I met you once for 30 seconds. How did you find me on facebook?
Secondly, are you actually asking for tickets?
Thirdly, as a rule of thumb, if you want tickets please pay for them. Live music is one of the only ways most musicians can actually derive a living from. Apparently you work full time in a 'kick ass' job. I love giving people tickets which are actually mine to give but to email another band from another continent about a ticket for a guy I don't know to a show which is already sold out?... I think that'd be a little steep don't you?
Fourthly, I'm going to have to type a real response to send to you and probably still come off like real prick. I'm sorry. I hate these stupid awkward questions.
